Frugal Innovation and Innovation itself are new trendy economic buzz words with Noble awards being handed out at university's to men who have never had a job not a any academic qualification. Nobel has sued the schools or cautioned them for the fraud. So, we acknowledge that Innovation is always an obvious economic and consumer stimulus, with new new products impinging on our ways of life, imported into our daily way of being. But Innovation does not excuse the importance of money and it's provision when Innovation seen in automation takes away the usual earning opportunities that humans once relied on called work. Let us be clear that Innovation especially in the form of AI or automation makes the human it's sole purpose in existence to serve the human facility. This is also true with money; as technology and also law and law enforcement as human technology. We automate as small fraction of money provision to ensure the humans place as consumers and buyers in the world, in the economy. This ensures their Territory in the economy, in the world itself as we know it. Comparatively, how much money or territory, that is, can you afford to hold as a population? Where are you now? What are you waiting for? You have the money or maybe not. This is an issue that the North Americans on mass have failed to solve. They see how innovation causes displacement of the human from work roles. Truly the word Innovation alone is not worthy of a Doctorate or an award. But what if we can think of the income support benefit like a splinter if time and energy like a KW/ minute of human energy and time as Money to pay the human per KW/ minute just as we power the machine per KW/minute or per KW/hour. How can we survive this human displacement as a community except but by adding a small fraction of what we save in production and supply costs across the economy into the truth of needed market demand, consumer demand or buying power? The North Americans with their PMs and Presidents have diabolically missed this point. They missed the kind direction, and the power to fullfil the same, in the various international treaties. Life is tenacious. Where did all the people go? This is a purposeful balancing of all the energy in the economy so both sides known as supply & demand or goods production & consumer stimulus actually balance out. We might say that we can see robotic automation across the cost must cost billions and we get more certainty in production and in quality; usually funded with consumer tax dollars. We need to be "certain" people have money also funded with consumer tax dollars. We might say Certainty is as easy as guaranteeing twenty cents a minute; 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.
