You know the offence of impersonation is a lesser and included offence in the offence of conspiracy to murder.  In other words, if you impersonate someone, you can be charged for the offence of conspiracy to murder.  There are some Black people who have criminal antecedents and who have asked for the right to sell and kill other black people.  You know who they are in your neighborhood. These individuals are known as ``expendables.``
