The retailer, in doing all it can, will design retail outlets with two doors one entrance and the consumer cannot pass through the exit unless they have paid and use the bar code on their receipt to activate the subway type barrier exit. If the customer was just browsing, there will be a floor walker or cashier with a device to activate the subway type barrier exit to allow the consumer to exit the store. What if the exit door, itself, will it open unless you have a bar coded valid receipt to activate the door. It is illegal for store employees to search the consumer. It is illegal for the store to detain them against their will. It is illegal for security guards to search consumers. The retailer could install this technology for a few thousand dollars per location. This technology exists at other retailers around the world. It would be nice to really know who is the die hard foragers, hunter and gatherer. When all citizens have a sufficient income support with the banks behaving properly in this newly arrived North American Tiger economy, then theft will go down and we will see the real thieves; the artful dodger die hards. The sales tax may be 30% or 40% because who cares about how an American feels about a 40% sales tax and you don't really care about them or else you would have paid them an income support by now; all of them. So, why worry about how they feel about how much sales tax they will pay and they will pay it because they need to eat. The idea is to see you give them enough income support to keep the economy together and tiger active without numbingly passively letting them die out in peace time where no weapons of war can save them; and then you are occupying yourself with foreigners passively. This is happening just as Joe on channel 38 is taking us to Communism in his feelings about law and the constitution. You need good will toward your own people more than you need machines of war. It all has to breathe the air of reality. Let's get the machines of war and let's fund the population as our enemies do. But really what enemy do we need if we can't see this; that we need to defend our people on every way like the other people do when the only way you know every day of you are winning or losing is the body count due to uninterrupted technological failures, uncontrollable train derailment, food poisoning or job automation.
