Terms and Conditions:
If you need someone to assist you in Court, the fee is $1000.00 by referral or in house with Angel Ronan Consulting or Londinium, Greenfield Urban Consulting.
The fee for a one hour consultation is $250.00. A written review of the consultation is $550.00.
Note: The Standard Retainer, Customer and Member Agreement is contained herein and comprises the terms of service. It will apply unless noted otherwise. Upon reading and receiving this bill and receipt, the client agrees and confirms in writing and further confirms with their initial payment of the balance outstanding that any funds received on behalf of the client will be
paid to the client immediately once received or cleared by a financial institution and shall not be paid into a trust account so that immediate payment to the client shall be effected. PLEASE NOTE: If fees are not paid, documents will not be filed or served. Angel Ronan Firm Consultancy or its associates will not be held responsible for failure to meet service deadlines due to nonpayment or for late provision of evidence or materials affecting service or filing of documents. All fees shall also be applied to on-going consultation, client emails and research as required. $350.00 is the fee for letters to other counsel prepared by our service. This also applies for service through our Greenfield Urban Consulting Service.
Disbursements above $40.00 are separate. Office attendance for signatures or review of documents will carry a separate minimum fee of $50.00. This will apply unless noted otherwise. Please contact the office by phone or email in sufficient time to allow for service and filing of the documents as required. We provide direction, research and information that will assist in your understanding of any scenario that may interest you, cause you curiosity or concern. We do not provide advice. We do provide direct legal services to members of the service whose terms of membership is defined by the company. I am sure we have something on file that will be provided as a copy of our library materials but certainly it could be helpful although it is never advice but it could be of strategic importance to your company's growth or your personal plans for family dissolution or arrangement and you can decide. Assistance in all legal matters is available to the members of the service. We also have articles that will be incisive but do not constitute advice as a book of case reviews, case reporter or our personal journals do not constitute advice. You will pay for the copy which you can certainly keep but it remains our intellectual property as prepared and cannot be shared or reproduced as it is not advice in the sense of Hedley Byrne as you are not intended to rely on our in house material and are only provided with a copy for your edification to resolve your problem. It is provided in this contractual understanding accordingly or you can buy a volume from us with several materials available. You are a member of the company's service as a customer and are invited to participate in any meetings involving our new directions. Your input is important. This is a research service and the information may relate to your legal rights but information is not advice. It is a volume of materials. Our clients are considered members and as such, they have access to our volumes of information that is only provided and prepared for the benefit of the corporation. It remains in the collection of research we already have, is accessible by members as available to them by paid fee and was prepared for the benefit of our company by academic English lawyers. It is not advice but you are welcome to take a look at what we can provide as a copy of our existing research as it will answer your precise needs. Let us sit down and hear what you are looking for and what you need and we will find the volume from our library of materials that we provide as a research service. Member's Agreement

1.This is a customer and member's agreement with your membership confirmed by your initial payment.
2.Each customer is a member of the service. The corporation is entitled to establish its customer and member's agreements. As the member does not maintain ownership or voting rights, no amendments or updates to the articles of incorporation is required.
3. The agreement has retroactive effect dating back to the first payment to the company.
4.The member is a non-voting member of the service whose attendance is requested at each annual general meeting to provide input and suggestions.
5. Member's are also invited to provide member's service feedback on an annual basis in the member's feedback email report form with feedback participation in management.
6. Members do not own any of the intellectual property rights as owned and controlled by Angel Ronan International Incorporated( the company).
7.The members will promote the services and the business of Angel Ronan Consulting as and where appropriate although they are not obligated to do so. Members will also receive $200.00 for each service file that is the result of a member's referral.
8. Thank you for choosing Angel Ronan Services and Consulting.
9. The members do not have any share in the earnings of the company but are understood as close associates to the business by virtue of their opportunity to invest in the company under government regulations and to make referrals for which they will receive a referral fee.
10. The member has a right under contract and remains in equity or otherwise once entered into either immediately or in the future and either absolutely or contingently, to, or to acquire, shares in the said corporation, or to control the voting rights of shares in the said service corporation (Angel Ronan) except that the contract provides that the right is exercisable by the individual designated therein and that individual designated will be the member himself once he has paid $1,000.00 for this right in contract for control. You can pay up to $30,000.00 as the amount paid is related to the eventual share ownership at $100.00 per share. The right in contract for control is initiated with the first payment made of more than $100.00 or partial payment on the bill. The right is not exercisable until the 40th year after the first court date or consultation. As such, it is understood by the member that the right is not exercisable until the 40th year or when they receive a notice from the company. With this right, once the right is excercisable on the 40th anniversary or with notice from the company, the member is in the same position in relation to the control of the corporation as if he owned the shares and his estate may hold the right in survivorship.

Time is required to address any issues with the motion materials and provide a response. Please contact me in sufficient time to provide a written response if you wish to do so. A further plan of care is required based on new materials served and that require review. I suggest a brief appointment to review the same. Also, if retainer is not paid in sufficient time to allow for service and filing, the deficiency is not the responsibility of the firm. Please pay on time so that your documents can be served and filed without delay. We are not responsible for service deadlines if retainer is not provided on time.
