There is no Law that says you have to write exams to eat. There is basic income whether or not you drop out of school. But, if you want a Law firm then hire people who can answer the questionfor the Court in Jamaica since the standard to uphold is the Privy Council(House of Lords) or do not hire such people. But, open your firm. Who says you have to hire law graduates? You really can't be a law firm without law graduates; can you? Is Palpatine or his daughter Maleficent asking you to hurt your son who is a graduate or your daughter? How many have you killed? What is the point when your children are obeying you in getting an A grade when you said a B+ is good but that an A is better? But, if you don't hire law graduates or people sufficiently skilled and trained or qualified then you might have a problem being a law firm much like a property development company has a problem being a property development company without engineers and architects. Don't worry about any other firm. Do what YOU want. Warren won't stop you. He applauds. Maybe there will be a grammerly machine some day that will tell you how to manage due process and trial procedure but I suppose the issue is whether you will be willing to do as you are told and follow the machine and actually learn something in the process. Maybe some law firms have such a system now that works like a guide rail for all files and all court matters. In fact, they do. It is called a 120 year old office manager and a customer service module that reminds you of the need to issue the claim in court, then serve it and then file it with an affidavit of service sworn by a commissioner of oaths.
