The Americans will have a consumer's basic income at 3/4's the Asian amount and the difference, the 1/4/ is calculated on the social division and technological resistance seen within the North American population. But it is compensation for the realities of the structural change in our lives as we head into an era of humanless, driverless, ''unhumanned'' industrial and service labor; not just unmanned. That is a bit less then the Asian Merchant amounts but it will still be UDHR compliant and capable of making the Asian merchant's time and energy and our economy's need for consumption worth the economy.
