Warren's Court ethic is intact as he has not acted or responded in any manner to bring the profession into disrepute. If you want to be a legal service firm owner like Warren, then you are equal. Open a firm and hire qualified people. If you want to actually go to Law School, then you are equal. Go to Law School. But, within your aspirations and the time it takes to get there do not steal files from people's offices. Do not plagiarize essays that are loosely related to the topic set by your course director. Do you think a guy like Warren would ever to do what you have done and why would he when it makes you unqualified to do what you really want to do? There is a criminal law against everything that has transpired and there is no order retaining the files outside of Mr. Lyon's possession. There was a presumption made by someone who was new to the Law Society it seems who they thought was old enough and who was already a convict to just go ahead and make the error but they forgot about vicarious liability for every senior manager involved and there is no room within the rules to make such presumptions of any kind. There would have to be an order. The original order was vacated many years ago. The files were not returned. The files are not the subject of any proceedings and they were never managed under any trust but sat within the Law Society for some intention other than the purported purposes for which they were taken so is it that the presumption is being made because Canadians are of superior birth to all other Commonwealth citizens in the world as these presumptions affect other Canadians?
