The police will, however, say it's possession of stolen property. But, you don't mind. You say you think it's not a big deal. But, you are a Court Clerk. That is good. But, why would you think you could do a better job and at what aspect of the business? It could not be the maintenance of Law Society rules since you are breaking the criminal law rules and law society rules, holding files and materials that were obtained in the normal course of business and file discovery under the rules as provided by the Crown and those obligated to file claims, defences and other responding discovery materials. .
