A Retired police officer and relative of  a law firm owner is asking in Saskatchewan if it is an offence to steal law firm files and a receipt book from the law firm owner.  He wanted to know if his intention to be ' business aggressive' in his understanding of hostile take over would make it a non-criminal offence although he admits he would have failed his police exam if he did not understand it is a theft.   He sent us $100.00.
