A fresh look at R.  v. AG(2000) SCC with  R. v. King(1962) SCC demonstrates that the appeal in situations involving oath vs. oath jurisprudence must rest on that  very onus the Crown is unable to discharge while the Judge or Jury in the trial at first instance is not obligated to write your submissions or make them for you in closing argument.
