If you are being offered any shares by anyone, their name will appear on this website. I have not received any monies relating to shares but those individuals could have asked to be involved and they could have made a proposal. I don't mind. I am not selfish and many hands help the work. Tell those individuals that you are now witnesses against them. Warren A. Lyon has no involvement in any share scheme involving his company at this time. Let them know that High School is free if they would just go and sit down! But, presumably they are highly educated from some other Commonwealth jurisdiction and will be asking the courts for sympathy. I agree with the fact that they are well educated and therefore should have spoken to the owner of the company before offering shares and apparently the issue is that they struggle to believe from their culture that someone can own a company that is able to actually answer questions without writing London at $10,000.00 to have someone explain share offerings in a publicly traded or private company or restraint of trade clauses.
