A business name like "Earnest and Groth(TM) " and Earnest Groth(TM)  are not  microwave ovens to give you "presto, instant" legal answers where you think you would plan to coolly steal business records like you see it on tv, kill the owner and say for twenty years that he is very busy; out of town but you don't know/how to roll dough or read a law case to solve the situation.     But, you think no one cares if the creator is Brown and you just want to join his sweat that you call  prestige. I think there is a news article.    Who is going to stop you? Yet, possession of stolen business records is a criminal offence; indictable along with a conspiracy to commit several crimes;
including murder when you could just buy
into the business but you don't want to respect what he says or his advice. Yet, he says hire who you want and just pay him $6000.00 per month and he will pitch in since work is work  with second opinions since it is an arrangement for you to buy it and his care for the evident good will is relinquished.

Stag and Nant(TM).     But, you like the Angel Ronan(TM) feeling; eh? It could be the exam sweat
and court prep. Childishness is not necessarily a criminal offense.   I am looking for someone to whom I  can sign over Angel Ronan(TM) at $1.00 as it is a basic legality if they are interested.
