A Degree paper cannot answer questions whether or not it is copied or real. People who studied and finished successfully can answer questions. The Courts in the West Indies and Caricom represent a lower court in the Commonwealth Court System with rights of appeal to the Privy Council. The Judge's in the West Indies and Caricom have ' no cost' immediate access to Court Administrators in the UK for second opinions when deciding between illustrious and well trained professionals with education either in the West Indies or abroad. There is no need for these professionals to obtain formal opinions from others abroad or at home although they are entitled to do so as they, as adversaries, may agree or disagree.
